At the age of 4, a very small, blonde, curly haired Hannah was sat in her art class and couldn't resist the urge to pick up the paintbrush before she was allowed, subsequently she spent the rest of the hour long art class sat in the corner with hands on her head wailing.
Growing up in the New Forest Hannah found great inspiration deriving from the chilly autumn mornings and vast array of colour. She has been described many times as a typical artist - selfish and changeable but extremely passionate.
At the age of 16 Hannah won the Halnan Art Award. Hannah has a strong driving force to create, not for reward but for its own sake. She has found it hard to operate within set boundaries, finding that restriction in choices undermines her intrinsic motivation, thus inhibiting creativity

Now aged 27 Hannah lives in Romsey with her dog, Wilson, painting every day and gathering inspiration from coastlines, gardens and forests.
